1. Mortgage interest rate reductions may be possible by redeeming card points toward purchase of Mortgage Points; availability and actual amount of savings may vary. One Mortgage Point costs one percent of the total purchase home loan amount. According to internal data, the average cardholder would need to accrue points for 12 months in order to lower the rate on the average mortgage loan by 0.0625 percentage points. The information provided can help you understand how Rocket Visa Signature Card rewards can work. Calculator assumes rewards points are redeemed exclusively towards an eligible loan serviced by Rocket Mortgage. Your redemption choices may be influenced by a variety of factors, including point redemption values, preferences among different reward and redemption options, convenience of using points at a given time, and other factors. Up to $8,000 in card points value can be redeemed toward a new Rocket Mortgage purchase transaction, applied as an asset to the applicant’s closing statement, offsetting applicant required funds to close. 3. Rocket Card, LLC does not currently charge an Annual Fee for use of the Rocket Visa Signature Card. The APR range for the Rocket Visa Signature Card can be found in the Cardholder Agreement.

4. Customers earn 5 points for every $1 spent. Points are redeemable toward a new Rocket Mortgage purchase transaction, additional principal payment on an existing Rocket Mortgage loan, or a statement credit, at different values. Subject to Cardholder Rewards Terms of Use.

5. Rocket Visa Signature Card Spending Bonus: you will receive a $200 statement credit after you spend $3,000 on eligible purchases, which must be made in the first 90 days your account is open. Eligible transactions exclude refunds and disputed charges. In order to receive the spending bonus after qualifying, your account must be in good standing at the time of fulfillment. If at any point after the eligible spend period, it is determined that spend was insufficient to meet the threshold, we may cancel the statement credit and add the value back to your principal owed.‍

6. This annualized figure is based on Rocket Money members’ combined usage of Subscription Cancellation, Smart Savings, and Bill Negotiations services. Actual savings may vary and are not guaranteed.

7. Preapproval does not guarantee an account approval, and you must submit a full application for review in order to apply for any offer(s) of credit. 10. These benefits are available when you use your card. Restrictions, limitations and exclusions apply. 11. If any Late Fee Protection payment is returned unpaid by your financial institution for any reason, you may be charged a late fee and returned payment fee based on the terms and conditions in your Cardholder Agreement.
